Managing Depression at the Workplace

Course Overview:

The Managing Depression at the Workplace training course aims to provide employees and supervisors with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand and address depression in the workplace. The course will focus on raising awareness, reducing stigma, fostering a supportive work environment, and providing tools for managing depression effectively. Participants will learn strategies to enhance their well-being while also respecting the boundaries of others.

Course Duration: 1 or 2 days workshop (can be adjusted to accommodate specific needs)
