Course Overview
The aim of the training course is to educate employees and managers on maintaining good mental health in hybrid workplace environment, promoting a healthy work life balance, and providing tools to manage stress and challenges effectively. Today, the future of the work world is hybrid: a mix of office and home-based working.
Course Content:
1. Adapting to hybrid work life
- right policies or digital tools to gauge employee wellness, engagement, and work satisfaction.
- collaboration will need to come from HR, IT, facilities, and operations teams to keep employees safe, productive, and engaged.
2. Hybrid work model
- a hybrid workplace model mixes in office and remote work to offer flexibility and support to employees.

3. Signs of burnout and mental health issues
- physical sign –feeling exhausted and low in energy, being less effective at work, tiredness, fatigue,
- and low energy levels.
- emotional sign -irritability, low mood, feeling down, feeling overwhelmed, helpless, and losing motivation.
- work performance sign--missed deadlines or longer time taken to achieve tasks.
4. Effective communication between the office and remote workers
- leaders should be regularly checking in with their remote teams to help combat feelings of isolation.
